About Martin Eston
Martin’s enthusiasm towards Ensemble’s team, mission, and culture inspired him to join the company in 2023 after several years working in finance. With past experience advising corporate executives on strategic transactions across many industries, including media and entertainment, Martin leads the company’s acquisition processes, oversees our business development team, and assists with special initiatives and projects. He has always enjoyed helping operators realize the value of what they have built and is honored to be able to do that for small business owners across the country through his role at Ensemble Performing Arts.
Martin’s prior employers include global investment banks Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated with distinction from the HBA program at the Ivey Business School in Canada. Martin is a proud U.S.-Canadian dual citizen and recently moved back to his hometown of Vancouver to be close to family.
