About Toni Hill
With a strong background in operations, I’m passionate about problem-solving and creating effective processes that keep things running smoothly. My journey with Rogers School of Music began ten years ago — first as a client who loved the community, and soon after as a part-time front desk team member. Over time, my role grew into management, and I stepped into the position of General Manager in 2019 before becoming a Regional Manager in 2024.
What I enjoy most about this work is seeing the impact music has on students’ lives — not just in their musical growth, but in who they’re becoming as individuals. Our team’s connection with families and the support we offer within our community is what makes this work truly meaningful.
Outside of work, my husband and I have been married for 26 years and have two wonderful daughters. As a family, we love camping, adventuring, exploring museums, volunteering, and spending time together as we grow in our faith.
