About Rob Nolfe
I never knew a job like this existed, so I was instantly interested in a place that merges finance with music-related schools. Having worked in finance in the entertainment business for years but also taught voice and guitar lessons, I feel fulfilled to have jumped aboard this steady moving freight train called Ensemble!
Hopefully my background has suited me for corralling the data and providing the reports that are needed around the company. For years I conducted music royalty audits on behalf of major recording artists and songwriters which often ended with multi-million-dollar recoveries. I have co-founded a few startups including a mobile tech company that won EMI’s best new music tech award and a non-profit which provides poetry/music-based learning resources for schools.
I love working with a bunch of musicians and teachers because they are the most down to earth and have a great disposition. This is easily the best workplace vibe one can imagine – and I can’t wait to see what we are able to build together while making an impact on local communities.
