About Debbie Shock
Debbie Shock has been a passionate member of the dance community for over three decades. In 1988, she founded Dance With Me School of Dance, where she spent 36 years building a thriving studio, teaching countless dancers, and fostering a love of dance in her community. In 2024, Debbie transitioned leadership of the studio to her daughter, allowing her to step into a new chapter of her career while keeping the school in the family.
Today, Debbie serves as a Corporate Development Manager at Ensemble Performing Arts. Drawing from her extensive experience as a studio owner, she understands firsthand the challenges, rewards, and emotional journey of running and selling a dance studio. Debbie is passionate about supporting fellow studio owners as they explore their options and plan for the future of their studios.
Prior to her work with Ensemble, Debbie also worked as a relationship manager with Curtain Call Costumes where she developed strong relationships within the dance industry and deepened her understanding of the business side of dance.
