As Western Dance Regional Manager for Ensemble Performing Arts, I bring nearly 30 years of experience as a passionate studio owner and leader. I joined Ensemble in 2023 with a mission to help more children experience the joy of dance and the lifelong benefits it offers. With a strong business background—including growing and successfully selling two studios—I’m committed to helping our dance schools make a lasting impact in their communities through best business practices and an exceptional customer experience. My lifelong passion is developing tomorrow’s leaders through dance, for a better tomorrow. I’m also a Ramsey Certified Master Financial Coach, dedicated to helping others achieve personal financial freedom. Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom to three amazing boys. Our family loves traveling together and cheering on our favorite college football teams. Family is, and always will be, my top priority.
